Eiseman oversees the business operations of Ripken Professional Baseball Group (the parent company for the Aberdeen IronBirds, the Augusta GreenJackets, the Charlotte Stone Crabs and all future franchise acquisitions). 

 

Having joined Ripken Baseball in 2002 as the original GM of the Aberdeen franchise, Jeff’s role has continued to grow. Currently Jeff oversees six (6) separate businesses spanning four (4) business lines for Ripken Baseball. Which includes the three professional baseball franchises, Ripken Events, which bring non-baseball programming to our facilities, Hospitality Food Services, a food and beverage concessions company and Ripken Management & Design, a company that specializes in developing “growing the game of baseball worldwide” through the private and public sectors.  Eiseman also oversees the sales and stadium operations for the Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training.

 

Under Jeff’s guidance the Augusta franchise has set franchise attendance and sponsorship sales records, the Charlotte franchise is an attendance and sales leader in the Florida State League and the IronBirds have been recognized as one of Minor League Baseball's most successful franchises, having sold out every single game in franchise history. In addition the team and Jeff have been recognized with Executive of Year honors, the Larry MacPhail Promotional Award, the John H. Johnson President’s Trophy and the Bob Freitas Award for Outstanding Minor League Operations. Eiseman was also personally recognized in 2002 as one of Baltimore's "Top 40 Under 40" by the Baltimore Business Journal.    

Eiseman is originally from Pikesville, MD. He is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, in College Park, MD, where he studied Sports Marketing. Jeff and his wife Brooke have three children Austin, Quinn and Lauren and reside in Forest Hill, Maryland.
